China Construction Oceania (CCO) was founded in 2015 and has steadily expanded its footprint, currently operating from strategically positioned offices in Melbourne, Sydney, New Zealand, and Pacific island country. With unwavering support from our central headquarters, we possess exceptional capabilities to deliver an all-encompassing suite of services that spans design, surveying, procurement, development, construction, and the ongoing management of operations and maintenance (O&M).

CCO is a subsidiary of China State Construction and Engineering Company (CSCEC Web: https://en.cscec.com/). CSCEC is the largest engineering contractor in the world and ranked # 1 in the ENR Global Contractor rating.

Currently CSCEC is ranked 13th in the Top 25 Fortune Global 500 companies with annual turn over of $307bn and has an ‘A’ credit rating from S&P, Moody’s and Fitch, the highest credit rating in the global construction industry.

CSCEC has operations and activities in more than 100 countries and regions across the globe, covering investment and development (real estate, construction financing and operation), construction engineering (housing and infrastructure) as well as survey and design (green construction, energy conservation and environmental protection, and e commerce). CSCEC has built more than 90% of skyscrapers above 300m high, 75% of key airports, 75% of satellite launch bases, and 33% of urban utility tunnels across China. One out of every 25 Chinese people lives in a home built by CSCEC.

CSCEC also has the largest architectural design enterprise in China, with its business covering an extensive array of services including architectural design, urban planning, engineering survey and municipal public works design, especially in planning and design of high-end airports, landscape gardens, sewage treatment, utility tunnels and sponge cities.
